David Ray is one of the masters of good old Texas rockabilly and honky tonk. He began recording in the late '50s and his early recordings of "Jitterbuggin' Blues" and "Lonesome Baby Blues" were instant success both here and abroad. This disc features these hits along with four recordings that were taped in the '50s but withheld from release until just recently, plus four hot new tracks that Ray laid down in 1993.
